Primary Division Updates

Dear Primary Division Families,

Effective communication between families and schools is crucial for the success of our students. We believe that open lines of communication lay the foundation for a strong partnership. By engaging in face-to-face conversations, you can directly address your concerns to the teachers and receive immediate feedback.

On November 20 and 21, we will have our first semester parent-teacher conferences. These conferences provide an excellent opportunity for you to meet with our dedicated teachers and discuss your child's learning, development, and areas for improvement.

Please note that November 20 and 21 will be dedicated to the Parent-Teacher Conferences, and as a result, there will be no school for the children on those days.

To make the most of your conference, we kindly ask you to:

  • Arrive on time for the meeting to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions.
  • Prepare a list of questions in advance that you would like to ask the teachers. This will help facilitate a productive conversation.
  • Seek ideas and suggestions from the teachers on how you can support your child's learning at home. They have valuable insights to share that can make a positive impact on your child's educational journey.

Your active participation in the Parent-Teacher Conferences is highly encouraged. Your insights, questions, and suggestions contribute to the holistic development of your child and strengthen our partnership in their education.

Warmly,

Primary Leadership Team
